Ourselves. We each have the capability to get out of our hell. It's not easy, we just have to consistently put forth the effort to make ourselves better.

Unfortunately my parents, originally and still going...then from the men that I have chosen to be with...which were a continuation of the hell my parents in their ignorance, created.
They are very good people, but most times do not know how to be parents! As for the men I've been with, well perhaps they were product of a Hell similar to my own.
