Geez! I'm just a white female trying to start a new business in a male dominated trade area. I was told there might be gov. assisted ins. for the first year to help me get started. I am republican, work full time, pay taxes just like all of you. Don't assume the worst of people that ask a question. Things are not always what they seem. If it doesn't exist, oh well, I at least looked into it. I'm just trying to get started here.
