The Ltd Co. otherwise called the fund is manged by the McCanns close family and friends. NONE OF IT has been spent on trying to find Madeleine so far and trying to get information on what is being done with the money is like trying to get blood out of a stone. Why the secrecy? the fund isn't subject to the police enquiry.

Good question. let's hope the fund is audited now. And it is interesting that the brother actually gave up his job!!!!!
Looks like the only things the money has been spent on is PR work for the McCanns, i.e. travelling round the world, meeting influential people, not having to go back to work!

Team McCann is in charge of the money, at the moment they have spent it in free holidays in portugal with lot of jogging and walks on th beach but nothing about hire a detective, i guess now they need more money to pay a good lawyer.
Also, uncle John quitted his job inmediately to be the spokeperson (btw, how did he know it was going to take that long?)

Can i just ask,
If they have all that money in the fund, then why the Dickens did they fly home on Easyjet?
And why did they not have to go through the airport like everyone else?
