I think there both pretty.
But I'm going to go with the second one. She looks like she's a little more naturally pretty. I love the first girl's eye makeup though! Black eyeliner is always pretty.

The second one, the first one just looks too emo and gothic. Cut down on the makeup!

If she removed some of that eyeliner..jesus.
Her eyes are beautiful, but all that eyeliner ruins it.
