Talk with your spouse about it. Get ideas from your spouse and discuss them. Because maybe something you would like to do to spice things up, your spouse wouldn't like.

The best thing is talk about it until you agree on something or comprimise.

Counseling always says to talk to one another. I can talk till I am blue in the face, but I can't make her listen. My advice is 2 fold. 1) Start doing something YOU enjoy. 2) Take ACTION. Plan and simple....Just Do It! It doesn't matter if you want to talk more, do more activities, spend more time together, be more sexually active, or whatever you feel you are lacking. The only way to change anything is to actually DO it. Don't be afraid to fail because someone else might not like it. What happens if you do something (anything) to spice things up and it WORKS? You already know things you want to try, stop looking for someone to tell you what to do. Just start doing something! DO IT. DO IT. DO IT. TAKE ACTION!!!

Try new things. Get a nice hotel with a spa in the room. Candle lit dinners, wine, nice music. Roses. Compliments. Long, massages with warm oil. Gifts. Listen.

A marriage is just like a house, a car, or anything else you value. Take car of it, make improvements to it, pay it the attention it deserves. Get in shape, take dancing lessons, treat your spouse as thought they were the most important person in the world! You can't build a fire unless you first cut some wood! Work on it and you will have the time of your life!
