What country do you live in? Preferrably which ever country you are a resident of. If you are Canadian, going to an American University will be almost double the cost if not more, because you won't be a resident. Good luck.

It depends on where you're from. If you are American, then you could come to a Canadian university, although it'd be a long way to go. (I like their universities, but that's just me, seeing as I am Canadian). However, if you are a Canadian, you may find it hard to go to an American school. Many require you to take the SATs, and the prices are quite high. Regardless of where you're from, though, it's completely up to you in that you need to research the universities in each country and decide which one has the best program for you.

Maybe you shouldn't go to university at all. It depends on the kind of actor you want to be. If you want to be a classic stage actor, go to Guildhall in England, or to Queen's in Ontario. In the US there are few decent acting colleges, Yale, Julliard and Purchase are among them, but they are highly competitive and very expensive. If you want to be an actor in film and plays, often college is a poor choice that wastes four years that you could be getting a head start on those duped into going to school.
