Navigation is driven with a dvd player and GPS antenna some where in the car. You will find your car is not wired for Navi and the dashboard is different enough to give you real trouble. Navigation also may be incorporated in other ways using the A/C heater radio displays in the navi screen too. So just go out and get you a Garman Or Tom Tom Or even a nice Cell phone. I get this question all the time and tell owners if it did not have it factory installed I will cost way to much to change the entire cars wiring harnesses and display unit and DVD player to make it work. I bet if you check at Honda and talk to techs you will learn you should have purchased the technology option package.
