I actually am attracted to him but would never act on it. Nor would he. I just feel like I should say something to her. Like "I was just joking", "I was intoxicated, didn't mean it"?? HELP!!!

I think that people make way too big a deal out of these situations. Being attracted to your friend's bf is not a crime. The only mistake here would be to betray your gf and yourself by acting on it. It is perfectly natural for two friends to like the same guy, after all you have many things, inc. your taste in guys, in common. If either of them brings it up to you or starts acting differently toward you, I would cop to it, tell the truth, and apologize--without beating up on yourself or being overly defensive. And listen to them, too. Maybe then, with ev. aired out, you all can get past this. (P.S.--Watch the drinking. Alcohol lowers your inhibitions, makes you see people in a light that just isn't really there, and makes you say things you did not mean to say or are inappropriate. I've been there. Wicked stuff.) There is an old saying, "A drunk mind speaks a sober mouth." Don't lie and say, " oh i was drunk and didn't mean it." instead, tell the truth, just say yes it is true but i would never, ever act on it. if it harms your friendship then oh well, you're better off without friends like that. honesty is always the best way to go.

So you said something, but did not act on it? There is no issue with being attracted to someone. The issue is acting on it. It's a compliment for someone to be attracted to you. I am sure he and she will take it for just that and nothing more.

Just be honest, what you put on yahoo is what you should say and apologize from the heart. Your friend has the next move, she can let it go and forgive and move on or get whacked and act accordingly.
