whatever your problem is, always remember this tibetian saying:
"if a problem can be solved, then there's no need for worrying. if a problem cannot be solved, then what's the use of worrying?"

This is what I have been told. Do all you can about it, make sure you've done what you can and then let go of it. If you have a Higher Power, let him/her deal with it. Set aside a certain amount of time each day, at the same time each day to worry to your heart's content, when that specified amount of time is up, it's time to put your problem away for the rest of the day. Do not drink caffeine. Don't let it upset your sleep patterns, be aware that you cannot do anything about it at that point as you are soon going to be asleep, and let it go. Practice meditation. i have a butt and i keep sitting on it. this could be a problem aswell(but not for you of course). dont worry just take some time to sit and think about a solution. i have full confidece that you can find some way to solve it.

try to think positive. i have a problem too and that's what i'm doing. it works sometimes. or you can do things to keep your mind off of it =). hope things get better for you

um.....a little more detail would be nice, but just relax...do something ttly fun that u normally wouldnt to take ur mind off it.
