I want to have a high starting pay...High starting pay means anything above 3k. Currently, I can earn 3.2k monthly basic pay as the starting pay if I got a degree with honours (Government Job). Is there a job to beat that? The job must be stable (no high risk jobs) and comfortable. Best if I can seat in the office and enjoy the air-conditioning, but it must at least not require me to run around under the hot sun.

If there is such a job, what qualifications must I have and how should I go about getting it? I was considering taking Business Administration with Honours and Masters of Public Policy or a law degree.

Because of your spelling of "honours", I am assuming that you are not in the U.S.; probably in the U.K. What that means is that your starting salary of 3K would be the equivalent of about $6,000/month or $72,000/year. I cannot imagine that your government would pay such high starting salaries - ours certainly wouldn't for an office job, but if they do, yes, that is probably the best you could possibly do, certainly with a bachelor's degree.

What you need to remember about security is that risk and return are trade-offs. Generally, a secure job won't pay well, and will see relatively little salary growth over time. Jobs like teaching, government jobs, etc., do not get raises like those with the private sector.

If you do have a law degree, you can probably get jobs which pay far more outside the government, but there is somewhat less security. The MPP really only prepares you for government-type jobs.

By the way, at least in the U.S., jobs for university graduates are not quoted in monthly pay - you would list an annual salary. You confused me when you said you needed at least 3K, because I wasn't sure which country had a currency which would make 3K an appropriate annual rate of pay.

A lot of jobs can beat $3000k/month without even getting another degree. You just need to get promoted, and if the promotion requires to get a particular degree or some kind of training than get it. Maybe you mean $30000?

Medical school, being a doctor is a pretty stable job, because it can't be outsourced.

Law could guarantee you a job if you go to a top-ranked school & pass the bar.

Nurses are always needed as well, though you might not think it is "comfortable".

I don't think I would employ your, you are basically lazy and you wouldn't last a week in the dog eat dog world of business. Being highly paid to skive is appalling and I don't think that anyone would want you working in government either.
