Now whene my computer starts.the hdd comes up very slowe.
i must mention that the dvdrom is master.

Better just junk your CD-ROM and put the DVD RW in its place. Running an optical drive on the same cable as the hard drive slows down the hard drive.

You must change the jumper setting of your HDD and DVDwriter, your HDD drive must be the master and the DVDwriter is the slave. Your computer cannot serve with two master (in one IDE cable).
