Rules are what society is made of, without them people would not see themselves as in a society. Rules insure that people who think they are above or exempt from society are contained, such as if you murder someone you are arrested, for the good of society.
Of course not all these rules work and are not upheld properly but overall they are made to keep society together and for the good of the people. The people who inforce them may be unjust and cruel but without societies rules these are the people that might be running things since they seek to dominate people. This is why we would have anarchy without societies rules and why they are in place.

Rules/laws are meant to preserve life and dignity etc. if there were no rules/laws, there eventually would be just as there are now. Man wants to survive physically and emotionlly so rules/laws are inevitable. Rules/laws are the protector of the weaker because without them, the strong would exert their power over the weaker.
Rules and laws are the best we have for survival until we come up with a better way. Maybe eventually, man will figure out a way to live together without them. I remember a first generation Star Trek program where a particular civilization had come up with a force field that would automatically protect anyone that harm was being done too. As I think of it now, however, I guess that would be a more advanced form of rules and laws but very simple.

In the long run, rules are important only because they have been broken. Think about every groundbreaking event that has ever happened (good or bad) that has affected our world (positively or negatively) and I am certain someone broke the "rules" along the way. Rules are the most restricting aspect of our lives as human beings; society's "rules" restrict people from living naturally. Remember that in the long run we are all dead.

Who says they are? Rules and laws are an integral part of keeping order, that's all, but it's not necessarily a good thing. Just look at our society now, there are too many rules and laws and look at the state of it.

It is a way to assure that people can live together. If everybody was just sensitive to other's needs we wouldn't have to do that, but it doesn't seem to work that way. So, to avoid a society from falling apart, we have to have rules.

There has to be a system in place to keep people safe and make people accountable for their actions. In a perfect world, maybe there would be no need for rules. However, not everyone has common value system---my big one is a thief--I work to hard and do not make enough money for anyone to take anything that belongs to me.

rules are to maintain the loads in examine. without rules there could be anarchy till form of "tribes" or communities of persons formed into yet another society and then ultimately there could be rules returned. without rules all and sundry could be dumb on account that going to get an practise does not be a rule, and if all and sundry replaced into dumb, no person might have the potential to fill jobs interior the international that shop us alive and going which contain farmers, docs, and different jobs like that. If there have been no rules or rules, the international could be in pandemonium. funds might have no fee, human beings might kill one yet another left and actual, no person might artwork, and the completed international might close down. there are fairly some people who do no longer persist with the regulation already. which contain murderers, kidnappers , vandalize, and distinctive different scandalizes. And what have those human beings have completed to the society. I propose rules shop our us of a civilized. If there are no rules human beings might circulate around doing undesirable deeds if there have been no rules. human beings might circulate around stealing issues, or harm human beings if there have been no rules by way of fact no person might arrest them in the event that they did that. If there are no rules the international could be in chaos. rules alter how we do issues and help us get alongside. rules are normally imposed on us with the aid of better government and deliver approximately defining rules to assist us get alongside, in addition they ascertain that we are taken care of the comparable. rules and rules exist so as which you already know what you're allowed to do and to no longer do, and to maintain administration. rules and rules helps shop order whether it may additionally be abused as one among those administration. without rules there could be anarchy and we would have human beings working around doing even though they like. there is no civilization without shape and order. a central authority without rules might replace right into a lost government. rules are made to administration issues, proscribing the liberty of somebody, making way for an orderly society. rules are significant as all and sundry needs barriers. without them you have chaos.
