I have the sense of direction of a goose. Always going around my elbow to get to my thumb, but I do have some nice misadventures along the way and make some new discoveries. I also just relax and enjoy the scenery. When asked for directions, I can never think of the names of roads. I'm a person who thinks in terms of "turn left at the church beside the little cottage with all the birdhouses near the fence."

Since I've been on my own you would be surprised how GREAT my sense of direction has become. Leave hubby alone with an urgent destination, you will be surprised how quick hubby learns. He is simply leaning on you and enjoying it.

Mine's good too. If i walk somewhere once, that's enough for me to get by again. Give me a map and i can find any street in a short matter of time! EA-SY

I carry a GPS in my glove box, ok?

If I take a week off from work, I have to check mapquest before I go back.

My sense of direction is terrible. I'm one of those who learn through trial and error.
