what are the new 2 races in Eye of the north
or will there be no new two races to choose from
like they had in Factions and Nightfall

The new races are the Norn and the Asura. GW:EN also heavily features the dwarves, charr and humans. None of these are playable races for your character yet. You can until bring existing characters into the new content, however you can get heroes from all these races and the new races will be playable in GW2.

As to my knowledge, and to what has been released to the press by the creators of Guild Wars, there are not going to be any new classes in Guild Wars: Eye of the North. There are however going to be a butt load of new spells, armor, zones and Heroes to aid you on your quest!
