411 is what you dial while you want a cell number. Say the number isn't listed in ur mobilephone ebook otherwise you are not able to find your phonebook, then you could name 411 with the name and city/state that you simply want the number to and they are able to give you the number. I don't accept phone books anymore. I find that I never use them anyway and, because I don't use them, they pile up around the house. If I can't find what I'm looking for on the internet, I call 411.
