I know PSU trounced ND, but what kind of trouncing would you call it? And any time ND loses and PSU wins, it's a good thing.

It was a beatdown. You can't have a whuppin' when there is no SEC team involved. I'm glad for Penn State, but don't celebrate too much - Notre Dame is not very good, and hasn't been for quite a while. I'm always happy when they get beat. Pick a conference and get in it, for cryin' out loud. Enough of the free ride. And good for Joe Pa and Penn State. What a classy tradition of winning football!

It's called Notre Dame and oh-so-cocky Charlie Weis getting what they hasd coming to them. The guy has been nothing but arogant and cocky ever since he became head coach of Notre Dame, having "gotten" three Super Bowl rings as an offensive coordinator with the New England Patriots. The key word is "gotten." His PLAYERS won those Super Bowls, and he wasn't even the head coach. Oh by the way, Coach Weis, you've been gone a couple years now and the Patriots are STILL good!! Win something as a head coach for a change!!

With little loss from the starting offense and defense, Notre Dame (led by Brady Quinn) should knock Penn State out of the water like an angry great white shark.

Well, I would call it a pimp slapping. Of course, next weekend is the Toilet Bowl with Norte Dame playing Michigan for the rights to who is the shittest team in college football. I think Norte Dame will win and Michigan will be presented with the Turd Memorial Trophey. Michigan could be 0-5 by the end of the month.

ND is a really bad team this year so it wouldn't qualify as a beatdown or whuppin. And it wasn't as bad as what Tech did to ND the week before.. ..

well i dont think this is that big of a deal everyone knew that this was a rebuilding year for Notre Dame yet people still are to retarted to figure that out. Its not that great of an accomplishment to beat ND this year.

They'll have a real challenge next week from Buffalo.
Wow, I can't even say that with a straight face. They won't play anyone decent until they see Wisconsin in mid-October.
