No they are not guilty,but what every one seems to forget is a little girl is still missing,can you imagine the fear she is living with,cause she most propibly do not understand why she cant see her mommy and daddy and her little brother and sister,the people that took her must have brainwashed her into believing that they dont love her anymore,thats what twisted peodos do.
Yes I pray for them everyday and for little Maddie,so lets stop trowing stones and pray for her safe return.

I agree with the Innocent till proven guilty verdict and believe that the Mc Caan family is going through enough right now. We only know what the media allows us to know, we don't know what the real circumstances are behind the case. I think it is totally disrespectful to boo and his these parents without knowing the full story.
I also Pray for little Maddie.
My answer however to the question asked...(guilty or not) is that the evidence of blood in a hire car supposedly from the daughter is not compelling me to believe that they are totally guilt free. BUT only time will tell!?

Of course they are guilty of child neglect. They admittedly left their 3 children all under 4 years old alone in a hotel room while on holiday in a foreign country. They should receive punishment by law for this. But to murder their own child,I am unsure. One would hope this would not be the case but we have seen things done to children before at the hands of their parents so who knows. They have not exactly acted as I think parents of a missing child would act but I have never been in that situation so who knows.

I agree they are guilty of child neglect at the very least ! And statistically speaking they would be the most likely suspects ! who else would do that ? and why her and not the twins ? And why is she getting soo much attention when in Iraq hundreds if not thousands of children have been killed by the consequences of a retarded politicians !
I feel for the girl i really do but is her life worth more than all those we do nothing to save everyday - starving or suffering from curable diseases ?

I think you should pray for them anyway as even if they are guilty the loss of there child will be with them forever. I dont think prayer should be limited to only good behavior.

there is absolutely no evidence to say that they are guilty... i would pray for maddie, wherever she is, im still hoping she is alive, but am sadly losing faith in this... and facing up to the possibility of her death...
i do not at all believe they are guilty of having anythign to do with her disappearance or perhaps her death...
