Do you know that men must pray the 5 prayers in the Masjed not in home? (unless there is a good reason)

yes i knew that...it's not easy but it can be done step by step...
i feel really content when i see young men praying each and every salat in the masjid....
and for those who pray al fajr in the masjid,Allah will lighten their path(al serat) inshallah...

@machboos...excuse me...what is ausr in going to the masjid,?there are thousands of masjids everywhere....
in case you're in a city where there's not many masjids,that's another issue.....
ppl don't know how much hasanat you get when you pray in masjid,you have hasanat as far as you walk to the masjid and when you walk back,and the angels stay at the door of the masjid writing the names of Muslims praying in the masjid....
how it can get any better...?

yes adding to Adam,it's known that from the shaytan's way to make Muslims focus on the sunna and leaving the fard......
and taraweeh are the most accurate evidence to this

Asalam alaikum, just a bit more detail....the general consensus is that if u can hear the Athan you must go to the masjid to pray......(of course there are certain exemptions)
Now what i find really ironic, is brothers who show up after Isha for taraweh, when the reward is higher for the fard prayers....everyone is so anxious to make taraweh,(for sunnah prayers) and the masjids are full, but where are these brothers during the rest of the year during the Fard prayers?

* yes muslims must do their jobs, but salah is 5-10 minutes, rarely cant someone take this short amount of time to pray when they wouldnt have a job if it werent for Allah(swt) There are valid reasons to delay salah, and also for breaking it (to defend yourself, to defend another, to prevent a crime, save a life etc) but I just hate when u hear the Athan and people dont even move an inch. Just so they can sell another shwerma or whatever. SubhanAllah U know alllll the money u make in your life is ALREADY written, now how you make it, thats up to you...lets think about that...salaams

Yes, basically its true. Muslims have to pray in the masjid the 5 prayers. BUT. Muslims also have to do their jobs, think of doctors for an example, sometimes they can't pray at all.
what i mean to say is that everything has to be put in the proper context,Don't you agree?? Its not like a big discovery you just maid. we just have to try our best. that is something god only knows.

i know that,cuz Prophet Mohammed said: "no pray 4 Masjid's neighbour except in Majid",
that means the man who lives near Masjid,his prays is not ecepted except if it is prayed in Masjid,particularly men who have no accepted reason not 2 pray in Masjid.
