Yes i have. When I am afraid of sth I try to face my fear to gain more confidendce. Some times I succeed some times i fail but i am glad that i tried.

I don't know. My family has taught me to be very hmble and not brag about anything I have, so when people say they have this and that, my self-confidence goes down. There there are times in every woman's life when they don't feel pretty. However, when a boy hollas at me, my self-confidence goes up a little too high. Its a roller coaster every week.

It is my world, you just live in it.
But there was a time.....
At on point in my life I had no self confidence. I could not believe that my horrible ex husband could love such an ugly person.
But then....
I realized he was an idiot and i divorced him because of his stupidity. And now I am, at times,to self confident (I have been called arrogant and conceited).
p.s.
the idiot still cries and begs for another chance 4 years later.

Same holds true for me. It's like learning how to swim. You can read lots of books on the subject, but you actually learn by being thrown into the dip.

More than I had 5 years ago, less than I had 2 years ago.
That sounded like a maths problem, hahaha.

Most of the time.
Can lack it a bit when meeting people for the first time, but that soon changes.
I know what I can and can't do, who I am, what I am .... and that's all you need for confidence most of the time.

Just me, I got oodles of self-confidence...at times it waivers but it always comes back in check. I know what you mean about not having it, for me that was from age 13-22.
