I am the Spiritual Messiah lol

Life is life man, Ups, downs, ins, and outs.
The best thing to do is always try and have a back-up plan. think ahead always. Thats why people have things like saving accounts, trust funds, etc.. How are you to know when life will get rough, you lose your job.. and don't find another one for 2 or 3 months.. where do you get your money from? well luckily you had a savings account with a lot of money left in your account so you can pay for food and rent for a little while at least. right?

But when you fail, you learn from it.. Failure is only a chance to learn something new.. besides, does it really matter if you live or die? If you live in a large mansion or a Cardboard box? sure it may be nice to have that BMW and that million dollar house, sure life is good at times. But what does it really matter? You should look at things always in the up and up.. you live in a van down by the river? So what! Your going to die in a couple of days from something? oh well, max out your credit card and go party, soon you'll be partying it up with Jesus, or Buddha, or whatever God/Goddess you follow..

There is always a silver lining to every situation, you just got to know where to look, and how to find it..

My personal belief is that we go through things in our life for a reason.. to learn about them for our afterlife. Not everyone believes in that though, and thats cool.

Plan ahead, make the best for yourself, but don't get all emotional or stressed when things start to fall down, just keep at it..

Something I noticed:

"is it to advance and prepare for the fall, or we should make a safety foam to catch us when we fall?"

They both are the same thing: constantly thinking about that fall.

You have to learn to accept the fact that you are without a doubt going to have that fall from time to time. But why spend for time worrying over it. Enjoy each moment of happiness you have. You'll end up regretting the time you spent concerning yourself over thoughts of unhappiness. It might get to the point that you lose friends because you can never stop guessing when or what it's going to be.

Even when you are down try to think about others who have it worse. Become even more grateful then before and reach out. You'd be surprised you cares.

the best thing? there are as many answers to that as there are people on the planet. Generally we think of the down times as negative, not pleasant at all. about the only thing you can do with the "down" times is evaluate your situation honestly and do what ever yo need to to fix the problem, sooner or later you'll notice the downs are far outnumbered by the ups. If you have no control over the "downs" about all you can do is try not to get upset, just admit that this is just a little setback and life will continue shortly, when you are way down in the dumps and just about with out hope, you can always find solace in the old saying " things are going to start getting better now, because they can't possibly get any worse" If you choose to dwell on the down times, ou will find yourself having a lot more of them' don't sweat it, just ride it out and squeeze every possible lesson out of this unpleasant situation, you will be a much better person because of it.

Well, to even things out you can't let yourself indulge too much in the momentary thoughts and feelings, but rather stay grounded in the middle of the ups and downs. For instance if you're someone who can feel rapture listening to great music, then don't immerse every fiber of your being in that enjoyment, because the depression that will follow will be just as intense as the bliss you were feeling.

the fall is the lesson learned, you cannot prepare for it. take life in strides. don't think about when the lows will come and enjoy the highs.
