zhong gou hua. That is Chinese in what is called "ping-eng". That is a method in which Mandarin, be specific,is taught. Wish I was fluent in it. The Chinese culture, people, food have always been a big influence in my life, more so than my own cultural heritage of Mexico,France Spain and native America.... there's gotta be some Asian influence in my heritage mix somewhere along the way.... :)
