My friend wnats to emmigrate to Canada in 2009.

She lives in the Uk, and wants to marry the father of her baby who lives in Canada.

He slept around and she slept with whoever, then she took the babay to meet his father for the 1st time ( the father has never seen his son, and the boy is 20 months old!)

She is looking for jobs over there, but she is just a simple customer service rep.

How does she go about moving to Canada?

First of all she should consult Canadian Immigration guidelines that are available online at the Canadian Embassy web site. If the father of her child wants to marry her it can be done either in UK or in Canada. In both cases the husband has to apply for family sponsorship at the Canadian Immigration office in Canada. Upon approval she will be granted permanent residency status and after three years she can apply for citizenship. Nothing is done automatically so she must be prepared for several interviews with the Immigration officers. By the way, she cannot just get a job without permission from the Immigration.

It's real easy to emmigrate into Canada. I'm sure you can find the specifics on a website. I know they are encouraging immigration.

If he's willing to sponser her then she just has to apply for citizenship.
ps. There is not such thing as a simple customer service rep, it can be an extremely difficult position and most times very stressful and Canada is full of those positions.
