Yes, it is. But the thing is to understand that the mistakes made are for learning. The best thing is to think out what things are best left alone... you may wish later that you didn't venture in that direction. The experience you will have learned may have been too costly. What YOU do also affects other people.
Always consider the possible responses to that experience you may wish to try or know about. "Nothing ventured, nothing gained..." may be very harmful to yourself or others. Always use caution. Best of luck!

Piaget would say yes, but Vygotsky says that you need an instructor to direct you. My opinion is that experience with a guide is the best teacher.

No its the worst teacher if its bad ,But if its a good experience ,for example like sex than its a good thing.
