The board is expanding if it already hasn't thanks to the water.. that is why it is moving up like you say. hopefully it's not too bad though because If you want a band-aid fix, I guess you can buy new tiles ( if their ruined ) and seal it good with that caulking stuff.. that may stop the water from getting onto the wood floor underneath the tiles.

You have some serious troubles there! If the floor underneath the shower is wet, the boards might need to be replaced since they're probably starting to rot. This is going to involve some extensive work, and if you're not an expert in this area, talk to a competent carpenter. The grout won't stick if the flooring underneath is wet. I'd stop using that shower till the problem can be resolved.

Sounds like the shower is leaking and, sooner or later, most likely sooner, the tiles will start coming up and, the grout and glue will start crumbling, the glue if it were used instead of grout will start to smell.
If this is your home, the shower will have to come out. This is the time to get a new shower if you've ever wanted one.
The floor will have to be taken out completely and dried, a new floor possibly and then resealed and new leveler, a new shower pan or, tile, whichever you wanted.
The entire project, could be as high as two grand.

Grout is not water proof. Water will seep through grout. Before the tile on a shower is installed, there is a shower pan install on the floor. Its a sheet of thick pvc vinyl that is laid on the floor and a min of six inches up the walls. If there is a hole or if there wasn't one installed you will have water seep through the floor. The only way to fix it is to tear up your shower floor, replace your shower pan and tile. Tub and tile caulking will help and fix it temporarily.

It'll be serious when the floor rots out. That shower needs more than grout. It needs to be ripped out and redone.

You definitely have a problem.I would call in contractors for estimates to gut the shower, replace the subflooring, and joists if needed, and build a new shower. Sorry and good luck.
