Well the house is in Mulholland Estates which is in the Beverly Hills area correct? It's 7,500 sqft, from what I've seen most houses in Beverly Hills around that size are selling for 4-8 million so I'd say she got a decent price. I can't believe I actually bothered answering this question seriously! lololol

If she has 20-30 times more money than $6 million, yes it would be a good bargain. But u've got to admit, location matters too. To tell the truth, I don't think she bought the mansion in a good location. Anyone else agrees?
If I were Paris Hitlon, I would have said: "dirt cheap. 100 million is still dirt cheap."

Oh, that dilapidated, ex-porn studio and possibly haunted, multi-storey residence, neslted in the neighbourhood of global fame, obscene wealth, and impossible beauty...If I were the vendor of this fine example of real estate - I'd whack and extra $6 million dollars on the price tag, purely because she's stupid, and she would pay it. Of course she got a bargain. Oh wait...wasn't she stripped of her 'heiress' crown after soiling the underpants of her ancestry?
