so i`ve heard i should not bother with airport exchange booths due to high rates. do all london banks accept/buy/exchange icelandic krona in cash?someone said i can also exchange in post office, is that true? thank you for any suggestion where i can get rid of kronas:}

Best rates are at the Post Office or some Marks and Spencers. If you are changing Krona for Pounds there won't be a problem. Pounds to Krona might have to be ordered in advance as it is not a common currency to have in stock.

Banks are the best bet. You should expect to pay around
131.275 krona's for 1 pound.
