Woman is the singular (meaning only 1)
Women is the plural ( meaning MORE THAN 1)
Same Rule applies to the word doctor and doctors.
As far as being correct with the word woman or women I hope that the female gender has not lost it original name of WOMEN/WOMAN and still like being called as such. To say there are many female doctors has the sound of discrimination about it.
ALSO you should have a ./period after the letter of the alphabet

B: there are many women doctors in this hospital.
A=well woman means one girl doctor in the hospital so there could not be considerd may in that hospital if she was the only one
C= Women doctor,well that is plural for woman but it is sigular for doctor. Women doctor. They both have to be plural forms of the word in order for it to make sence. I hope you see what I mean, thats why "B" is the correct answer.

If you substitute another profession for word doctor/doctors you'll understand better
There are many women technologists at the hospital. I personally would say female instead of women.

A s you have already mentioned the pronoun, it is definately the word women. nextly, you have siad me that, by adding the word many in your questions it would be 'doctors'.
