Yes, the gravity has increased during earths life, but not because of population. because the mass of humans come from the earth itself. the mass of earth increases from the celestial dusts which are gravitated to earth's surface. As a matter of fact, we had a lose of speed and so gain of gravity. It's one of the possible reasons we have smaller forms of life now, in contrast with ancient forms of life like dinosaurs.

Not really. The weight of thee earth remains the same. The number of people are increasing and people do not have much of gravity. Even though, little drops make an ocean, here, as i think, no gravity is increased. Think of this:
There are large oceans out there. There is a lot of water in them. So, it contributes to the weight of earth. Then, when the water evaporates, imagine how much water is lost. It may be in thousands of litres. Does this change the earth's gravity?

Its a law of conservation that will say that the increase in population is just evolvement from any form that is in the earth also (Law of Conservation of Matter,Energy,Mass)

No matter was additionally created. Hence, no question of increasing the gravity.
