Not as much as the people who answer with a copy and paste from wikipedia or another site.

It depends. I always search the web a lot before asking a question, because I found most people around here to be quite rude, and not even answer your question. Just posts "lol" or something idiotic like that just for the two points. So, I try not to ask that many questions. The mass majority of the ones I have asked are usually for my mother or brother.
If someone asks a question that could be quickly and easily answered by doing a search doesn't bother me as much as the people I mentioned above. I just try to help them as best I can.

I hav searched or browsed the net but asking for other peoples opinions seemed like a good thing 2 do 2.

every question can be answered by looking at various sources including internet. but it depends on a person to decide how he will find an answer to his question. So, I am not at all annoyed with any question.

No. Not everyone knows how to "google" or look stuff up like we do.
Give people a break and help them out...is it so painful?
