my niece is 15 going 16. She probably did not grow well during her puberty stage. She had her period when she was 11+. According to the doctor she will hardly grow anymore. How can i help her to grow taller and bust her boobs so that she can be more confident? She is only 1.48m tall and the smallest bra can't even fit her well...she doesn't like to wear bras with cup which is the only she can wear. Pls help!!

the doctor said there's a really slim chance for her to grow because she had her period when she was 11. I just need some ways to change her thinking and if possible help her to grow too.

Girls stop growing when they are 18-21, and breasts grow until a girl is in her 20s. IT DOES NOT MATTER WHEN SHE HAD HER PERIOD. Some girls get their periods when they are 8, and they grow. After a period, some girls may grow slower, but they don't stop growing.

There is nothing safe you can do to make youself (or someone else) grow taller. A person's height was predetermined by their genes, and therre is no way to mess with them.

her potential growth size was determined before she was born. The nature of the food she eats will contribute to the rest. If she is meant to be bigger, then she will be. at 16 her growth pattern isn't finished. Trying to change someone by the outside measurements is not the answer. (and risky too) Everyone can tell you how many years it takes to finally finish growing, but in truth, its all dependent on the specific person, and their growth plates, and fat deposits.

You mention how to make her more confident, in the same sentenced as her breast size. They are not related!!! self esteem builders start with the people around her being positive, and not focusing on cups, pants, etc.

Be proud she IS your niece. Notice the things she can do, and stop worrying about the rest. Being smaller in stature can mean she is quicker, more flexible, even smarter to notice things. She can end up wrapping guys around her little finger with her wit, and smile.

So, stop worrying about the future and work with today. Her body will stop when its ready, but her mind will go forever.

Woah. First off, who says she can't be small and confident? There is nothing wrong with having small breasts and being petite. There is nothing wrong with her. Why change her?
She isn't even 16 yet which is hardly done with puberty. I didn't have my period till I was 14! And I didn't really stop developing until I was 18 or so. I wouldn't blame her for not wanting to wear bras with cups. It's not natural. There is nothing wrong with the way she looks.

Normally girls don't stop developing until they're 18-20 years old. She has plenty of time to grow up.

Even if she doesn't get any taller, it'll be okay. Petite girls are great! I'm 5'1, and I've got all the confidence in the world. Also, boobs aren't everything. Women with smaller boobs are just as feminine as women with larger ones, and here's a plus: they don't have to deal with back problems.

The key to confidence is just showing your support for her and helping her feel comfortable with herself. Just tell her that she still has time to grow, and regardless of what shape she takes on as a full grown woman, she will still be a woman, and she will still be beautiful
