Have sex. Repeatedly. Some say missionary is best, and to not get up afterwards, so the semen doesn't leak out of you. But you can pregnant anyway you do it. Just do it A LOT.

the best thing to do is to chart your cycles so you know what is happening and when, your cycles has 3 stages: before ovulation, ovulation and after ovulation. the best time to achieve pregnancy is around ovulation, about 3 days before to up to a day after you release an egg.
if you chart your cycles for a couple of months then you should easily be able to identify the best time and also you can see if there are any problems with your cycle.
when i was charting my cycles (using a well known charting website and message board) it showed that the time after ovulation and before my period was not long enough to allow the pregnancy to implant properly and i had 5 early miscarriages, if i had not charted then i would not have known or used vitamin b6 to lengthen it and lo and behold 9 months later my daughter arrived.
i wish you all the best in your journey

Have sex around ovulation. Do a body basal temperature chart to pinpoint exactly. I got pregnant the first month I started doing one. Type into google and you can print one off with instructions. Also buy some ovulation tests off ebay, can get bulk very cheap and this is even more accurate. Good luck!

Have sex?! lol, O.K. seriously. You need to find out when you are ovulating. That's the prime time to get pregnant.
You can get tests at the pharmacy to tell when your ovulating, usually right next to the pregnancy tests. Not sure how accurate they are or how expensive, but they are worth a try.
There are also books on how to tell when your ovulating (also called the "rythm method"), I wouldn't trust them for NOT getting pregnant, as some people do, but it can help you pinpoint when your ideal time is for conception.

1. Decide you don't want to be pregnant or have any kids.
2. Have a few long island ice teas
3. After that, have sex iwthout protection during what you think is your safe time. Let him ejaculate inside of you and not pull out right away. Repeat as necessary It doesn't matter that you're not ovulating. You just think you're not when you really are.

A lot of folks here will tell you getting a woman is the easiest thing ever, which is false. You need to be ovulating (around 14 days before the day she'll have her period) and even THEN it's a pain in the ***. Just keep going for it.

You need to have intercourse with your husband. If you still cannot get pregnant, you may have to try a sperm bank. Talk to your doctor for more options.
