Easiest and cheepest way? Classifieds- local area craigslist. Search for a same model tractor with like a bad engine or a 'non runner' as i call them ( usually the carb plugs up or something and peeple let them just sit and rot in thier backyards while they buy a new one) . Its how i get parts tractors or fixer uppers. Wouldnt hurt to ask a freind if he knows anyone with a junk tractor either.

You can repair them. The parts seemed a bit pricey but they are available.
