I have the same sympthoms! :(( It hurts so much. My mother gives me a medicine and the pain decrease, but it doesn't dissapear at all. I really understand how you fell. Think that having mense is our "punish" :) for being girls. Boys have problems too, I guess, but they talk too little (with girls) about them. To have pain during mense it's normal. Try to make a massage to that part that hurts you and make a soft sport. I mean don't stay in bed, because, the pain is getting worse like that. Kiss&good luck!

Amen to that.
Thankfully, I only get cramps the 1st day, then I'm kool the rest 5-7 days. Might be a lil moody lol, but thas it.
Take some Tylenol or Advil to help lessen the annoying-ness of ur cramps.

Mine are different from month to month. Usually very irritable a week before and/or sometimes the week after, other times sore boobies, cramps and an insatiable appetite. There must be a way to alleviate these symptoms without taking prescription drugs...hmm...

Migraines. AAARRGGGHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I also get really moody and sensitive. I want to bite off everyones head that looks at me wrong. Luckily, because of my headaches, I usually get a couple of Vicodin. That really mellows me out. I feel your pain. Indulge in some brownies, watch a good chick flick. If your cramps get too unbearable, ask your doc for some muscle relaxers. Feel better soon

Pain pain pain in my belly and radiating down my thighs, and it's such a lousy kind of intense but dull pain, it's like no other pain I ever have. All other kinds of pain are so much easier to deal with/ignore!!!!!! Also I tend to break out, but that has been happening less recently, thank goodness.

You think that's bad???
Wait till you get into your 50's and go through the big change of life called menopause...
That really sucks...
Night sweats, cold chills, mood swings, irritability, crying, fighting, yelling, pissed off, red face, rashes, unexplained pains, backaches, headaches, muscle aches, stomach aches, feeling helpless, lost, misunderstood, miserable, depressed, and bitchy...
I just went through all this and it took 5 years out of my life...
And that's what you have to look forward to after your periods are gone...
Sorry ladies...

My period is past due right now. Maybe because of stress. I'm not pregnant, but I hate cramps & mood swings.
