This is more easily understandable if one considers the actual scale of the components of an atom. If one takes into account the fact that the neutrons, protons and electrons of an atom actually have huge spaces between them it becomes clear that the atoms that make up seemingly solid objects are made up of 99+ percent empty space.

This alone does not seem too important till you add the idea that the atoms that make up seemingly solid objects are more of a loose conglomeration that share a similar attraction but never really touch each other.

At first glance this does not really seem relevant, but closer analysis reveals that this adds a tremendous amount of empty space to solid objects that are already made up of atoms that are 99 percent space. When so-called solid objects are seen in this light it becomes apparent that they can in no way be the seemingly solid objects they appear to be.

We ourselves are not exceptions to this phenomenon.

These seemingly solid objects are more like ghostly images that we interpret as solid objects based on our perceptual conclusions.

From this we must conclude that Perception is some sort of a trick that helps us to take these ghostly images and turn them into a world we can associate and interact with. This clever device seems to be a creation of our intellect that enables us to interact with each other in what appears to be a three dimensional reality.

I hope that helps to answered your question.

1. The dynamic principle of reality is that everything in this world that we can perceive including living beings is ever changing.

2. Another dynamic principle of reality is also that behind all these changes there is one eternal truth which is living, which is full of life and is dynamic too which never changes !

The eternal truth is what the actual reality is and it can be considered unchanging pole of all true and goodness.
It is full of life so it is not static like stagnat water but is uncomprehensibly dynamic, full of joy and happiness, goodness and peace.

Goodness is closer to this one dynamic, living, unchangable reality. Efforts to cultivate goodness is moving a step closer towards this unchangable dynamic reality, the one and only.

When human being rises spiritually and becomes a better person he or she has gone a step closer to this unchangeble reality. Many religions call it God.

This never changes.

So there are exactly 2 unchanging principles of reality as described above. The first principle is the dynamic principle by its nature. The second principle can also be considered dynamic since what it refers to is full of life and dynamism at the same time unchangeable and unalterable.

The first principle would have sufficed as an answer to this question. But I have mentined both the priciples together since mentioning only the first priciple will not convey the complete meaning and doing so may becoming misleading for the readers.

So I have mentioned 2 principles instead of 1.

A dynamic principle in reality is gravity.

Perfect stability in infinite dynamism, or we could say perfect rest within perfect dynamism. That is the ultimate nature of life. And that is the ultimate nature of your own life.

Facts...

When I am in doubt, I always go back to the base roots and work up from there. I examine the facts and make my determination from there.
