NO. The core of truth and the start of philosophy is the realization that to get from here to there you need to do a specific set of "things" in order to make it come out right.
In religion (any reasonable religion) there is a starting point and a goal to be obtained. What makes religions different is HOW YOU GET TO THE GOAL.
Truth and philosophy are not connected. The search for truth is not the basis for philosophy, if that were so then philosophy would replace religion. Truth is subjective at best. One mans truth is another mans excuse. Like Obi-One told Luke, "What I told you was the truth---from a certain point of view!" Absolute truth may not be obtainable, at least in our life time. Not as long as we have greed and corruption. But then a philosophiers truth is not the same as absolute truth either.

Yes. It is believable.
Let us analyze.
We agree that every thing is not possible to achieve by the human beings, especially creation of oceans, sky, stars, sun, moon or even mountains....these are all beyond the capacity of human beings to create. Let us not talk about creation...
there are many secrets of nature which are beyond our imagination. Every thing we see around may not be real (for example...sky touching earth at a distance is not real ) and any thing we cannot understand or approach is not un-real...
( for example surface of Sun )
Logically speaking who is responsible for creation of this entire universe? Whatever name we give, it is an accepted fact that there is some super natural power responsible for the entire phenomena.Of course it is beyond our capacity to understand or prove. We cannot say that whatever we are not able to prove is not true. As it is difficult to prove the existence of God it is equally difficult to say that there is no power responsible for creation of the universe as the entire universe is in front of us. Different religions may follow different procedures to pray that almighty but nobody can deny the truth. Somebody may ask how can we prove the existence of such a force called God. Proof is the existence of this universe itself which cannot be created by human being however powerful he/she is.

I would stop worrying about religion and philosophy and first learn to write a comprehensible question in English.
