In the movie Overnight Delivery Reese Witherspoon's character drives a VW Thing (outside of the US it's called a Safari) that was a very light purple.. kind of like a lilac color.. and I vaguely remember her flashing the delivery driver.. they were traveling.. she didn't live in her car..

The car looked like this.. only the color is different obviously..
