honor that friendship and dont tell him cause you will lose a good friend and if you were to tell him and it didnt work out you would lose two friends there is nothing worse than being hurt by some one you felt you could trust

Don't tell him. If he doesn't like you, you'll just ruin two friendships. If it is meant to be, it will happen later. (By the way, just so you know, the love of my life went to high school with me. He graduated two years before me, and I didn't think we'd ever see each other again. Then, I made friends with a girl who knew him, and he was back in my life again. He was in the military, then he went back after an argument and I didn't think I'd see him again. But he showed up again, just happened to be at the same place I was.) If it's meant to be, it will happen. Just give it time, and play it cool.

Tell him, but make sure your friend knows from you, first. That way you can avoid some major girl drama. Just let her know you like him.
Better to hear it from you than her boyfriend, because you know he'll tell her.

that's a hard question. and you really have to consider what could happen if you tell him that you like him.
if you tell him, he's probably going to tell his girlfriend, and she'll end up getting mad at you.
and she probably won't want him hanging out with you anymore.
if he likes you back, then he'll probably break up with her to be with you, and that will hurt her.
if he doesn't like you back, or doesn't want to break up with his girlfriend to be with you, then you'll end up being the one who gets hurt.
now, you have to ask yourself if it's all worth it.
personally, I would not tell him right now, because somebody's going to get hurt. and if you just wait it out, he's probably not going to be with his girlfriend forever. and then you will have the chance to tell him that you like him without hurting and possibly losing a friend in the process.
Best Wishes = )

Depends. How would you feel if the situation were reversed? If you were his gf and his gf was in your place...
