I guess this is a rhetorical question because we do have a constitution. We have three branches of government with checks and balances. The founding fathers meant for the executive, legislative, and judicial branches of government to be co-equal. However, the executive branch (e.g., Bush and his administration) has been getting more powerful ever since the Reagan Administration and we are perilously close to an imperial presidency. Fortunately we still have many democratic institutions in this country which are strong and our President is not above scrutiny and accountability as it is meant to be (we don't have a king or emperor).

Absolutely not!!! All he's done so far is kill the economy, and more soldiers than there were people in the WTC. Bill Clinton, however, got some oral sex under his desk a few times. Let's all keep talking about why Bill should have been impeached. Come on, America. Let's get some patriotism back in this country...please!

People like GW should be held to a higher degree of scrutiny and accountability than anyone else. He's sincerely dangerous.

Of course he should. Either most of this came from him or he had the power to stop it. So most of the time crap runs down hill he is getting a pardon from all of this. Truthfully if it wasn't for the fact that he was President through 9-11 he would have been impeached for the stupid choices he has continued to make.

As if he's not now. Or does scrutiny mean impeachment for no other reason than libs don't like him?

Absolutely...NOT! He is THE American citizen to the rest of the world! He swore an oath, before the God he says speaks to him, to uphold the Constitution! He SHOULD be the most law abiding person, instead of the criminal that he is showing himself to be! (We see how he follows the Commandments AND how he really believes in the things he swore to, when he calls the Constitution a "g-d piece of paper.")

Why can't people see this?

How is he exactly? Right, thought so. He gets **** everyday, called a liar by half the public and every move he makes is threatened to be investigated by the so great Democratic controlled Congress. Again how is he exactly?
