I just try to start it without pressing it and still doesn't start up

Hot or cold you must prime it.

You have to prime it before it will start. Push the button in as the directions say, something like 4-8 times. My mower always starts on the first pull.

lol why would you be running your lawn mower in winter? But yeah push the prime button in about 5 times and try to start it with full throttle. Should work unless you have motor problems.

lol!! The prime button is more for hot days than winter! the gas in the line can evaporate, the prime button creates a vaccum to pull the liquid gas through the tube to the carb!

Change the plug & air filter, then prime and try again.
