yes I"m an addison's patient.
I am on far less medication - I was on 17 medications when my wife died in June 2006. So I'm radically improved.
I"m determined to get off all these drugs, the doctors have no idea what they are doing so far related to the addisons , but It's partly my fault because I don't know what questions to ask, and I'm not sure what I need to tell them. I'm very confused about it all.
I follow a low fat vegan diet, I exercise frequently.

Lipram has no significant lab alterations.
Enalapril may increase your liver function tests, such as alt/ast.
Toprol may: Clinical laboratory findings may include elevated levels of serum transaminase, alkaline phosphatase, and lactate dehydrogenase. nothing listed about alt/ast
I see no lab alterations with singulair that would apply to this.
I see no lab alterations with cortef that would apply to this.
The same thing applies with the levorphanol.

If I had to pick one, it would be a beta blocker such as enalapril or toprol.

You didn't mention a couple things - but these "liver enzymes" are usually elevated more from obesity and alcohol consumption than from medication.

You didn't mention how elevated they were?

If less than 3 times the upper level of normal (3 times higher than the highest level the enzyme should be) you can simply monitor these - that is, recheck them in a few weeks or a couple months.

None of the medications you list would typically elevate LFT's.

But why are you on so many meds??

High BP, asthma (or allergy) - but why cortef - are you an Addison's patient?

None of these should mess with you liver enzymes, we are all different of course, but not the normal side effects of any of these. Is this all your meds? Cholestral meds mess with you liver enzymes if you have recently been on them. Otherwise, how much do you drink? Alcohol really messes with them sometimes, thus the reason alcoholics get liver disease so easily. If they are not to high, just watch them closely. If they are really high or stay high, then your doctor does need to find a cause & check for liver disease.
