my thought: it's kind of funny/kind of annoying. it drags out a little too long i think. i've seen funnier cartoons. but the whole "charlieeeeee" thing is kinda funny.

Annoying, tired humor. It kinda goes along the same lines as Baby Stewie from Family Guy -- that "sophisticated baby" crap has been done so many times, the only thing I find funny is how people keep thinking it's funny.
I could write crap better than that -- with or without my medication, while making dinner and talking on the phone to the President about foreign policy (not that he holds a particularly insightful conversation about foreign policy).
