In January 2001, the French Intelligence Agency sent a memo to the CIA. In the that memo was a list of 7 names, three of them were 9-11 hijackers. The memo also contained a warning that these people were planning to hijack planes and using them as weapons of massive destruction in the near future in the city of New York or Los Angeles.
If you have a vendetta, it should be aimed at the CIA and the American gov't for not doing its job of protecting its people. They knew the who, what, where, and how. They also had a rough idea of when, just not the exact date.

The Person who finds Bin Laden- will be after him for the Money. He could care LESS about what happened on 9/11. People with vendetta's "find" nothing but THEMSELVES (if they're lucky). It's the cold hearted, "nothing personal", type of guy- who usually tracks down the "bad guy". After all, he's got nothing to lose, a fortune to gain- and nothing to stop him... :)
