i was watching this program on ESPN Deportes and they were reviewing some recent news on soccer. News show that theres a lot of brazilian players that are playing world wide. i thought it would be like 300 brazilian players but i was wrong. there is exactly 964 brazilian players around the world. and they were saying that the government didnt want that to happen cause they're not getting money. do u think that its a bad thing or a good thing.

HOW MANY CHINESE ARE WORKING GLOBALLY? INDIANS? NIGERIANS? PHILIPINOS? THAIS? BANGLADESHIS?

IT'S NOT UNBELIEVABLE. OUR WORLD JUST BECAME SMALLER DUE TO RAPID GLOBALISATION. COUNTRIES ARE SHORT OF MANPOWER. HENCE THEY LOOK FOR GLOBAL TALENTS AND SKILLED LABOUR.

IT IS THE SAME THING IN FOOTBALL. IT IS NOT REALLY UNBELIEVABLE IF YOU WILL LOOK AT THE TOTAL PICTURE.

You must understand that a considerable portion of Brazilians live under the poverty line. Football offers an escape route.

I expect this figure to increase. The very top players will go to the major leagues in Europe. The next tier, to other European leagues.
The rest, whilst not up to top international standards, still possess enough expertise, that would allow them to ply their trade in North America, Asia, Australia or the Middle East.

yeah i also recently heard about this and what they want to do seems impossible. there are certain things that need to be fixed like policies and the corruption that exist in brazilian clubs for more players to stay in brazil. also the salary that is given to players in brazil is extremely low this makes players decide to go abroad even if it is in saudi arabia or second division of the portugese league, where they are well paid. it is quite shocking but not that surprising when you read how bad brazil's economy and government is and makes you understand why players leave.

A good thing! The more Brazilians the better.. Although, very few would be quality players like Ronaldinho, Kaka, etc.

Good thing for footie, bad thing for brazil. However in a way it does boost up they're economy because it draws tourists.
