They can go out into your yard any time especially if they are juvenile or adult dogs. However, if you talking about a puppy getting it's first shots which always come in a set of three, you should not take it into public until it has had all of it's shots. Your yard is just fine though provided you have not had a dog with parvo in the yard in the past year.

You don't wait. The dog was immunized against disease, not treated for illness.
