It's not the troubles of the world but our own problems which need to be handled. The strange thing is that troubles having become an integral part of us,acquire the same properties of disappearing with us and keep haunting us no matter where we go.So,instead of catching the Bull by the horns.if we learn to catch him by it's Ball and squeeze them hard,a lot many troubles resume and get in to their real size(always smaller and shorter). Now,we should be able to handle them.,including throwing some of them away or just discarding, them being no more relevant.

You don't need to feel that way if you let go of attachment.
Once you understand that life is part of the universal flow and that no life is permanent, no condition is permanent, you can focus on causes you can make. That frees you from fear.
