they cut my hours i dont have no write ups or verbal warnings iam great employee always on time i ask my director did i did something wrong she said no i just want to know if what i research its correct that full time comes first than prn or part time

Depends on the company and it's policies.

The whole economy is tanking so they may be trying to cut costs. I would bet you are paid more per hour than the part-timers, so cutting your hours and increasing theirs saves the company more money.

Hold on folks, it is going to be a bumpy ride.

Your employer can cut your hours for any reason unless you have a contract guaranteeing you 40 hours a week.
