You need a site for that? Since the freezing point of salt water is LOWER than for tap water, the tap water will freeze faster.

tap water freezes faster since it contains less mineral than saltwater. the purer the water is (like distilled water) the faster it is frozen. pure water starts to solidify at 0 degree celcious while saltwater requires even lower temperature to become solid

tap water!!! at 32 degrees tap will freeze... up to 10 degrees F (or somewhere around that), salt can still be used to de-ice substances... thus, your ordinary tap freezes quicker.

i also believe thats why you rarely see ice in the sea??

tap. if you pour salt on snow to help melt it, it can't help in freezing.
