I'd start a mall/food court kinda buffet/fast food place-that had a variety of resteraunts,to include a subway,mcDonalds,SizzlerJack n in the box/pizza hut,KFC. Aliens and humans alike have a variety of tastes and I would want to cater to that so the people of earth would no longer to prone to abductions and anal probes.We all gotta do our part,you know-I'd call it:Milky's Way. lmao =D

As far as fast-food chains go, i agree with the subway suggestion for taste, but from a business perspective, it would be too difficult to get fresh ingredients shuttled up often enough.
If you had a McDonald's with REALLY BIG GOLDEN ARCHES, the shuttle could just fly right through them. That would be cool.
The "King" would be frightening if aliens ever saw it floating in space. They might take that peculiar plastic smile and the up-held burger as a hostile sign, then attack us with ray guns.
Taco Bell is out, just because the food sucks and might poison space travelers. Besides, if they ate that stuff up there, it would be no fun being stick in a confined cabin with a flatulent astronaut.

...It might be fun to have a "Big Boy" franchise out there, because the orbiting sign would look so much like an Austin Powers movie!

MY fast foods would be called the jolly 4.
IT would have a little KFC, a little micky Ds, A little taco bell,not 2 for get DQ dairy queen (ICE cream+ ice cream cakes).
