No. That comes from Kentucky bluegrass, the name of a grass that is indigenous to kentucky. It was once (All the way back in Daniel Boone`s day) said that the meadows of central Kentucky were so lush with the grass, that when viewed on a sunny day from a distance. it had a bluish cast. That is also why Kentucky is called 'The Bluegrass State'.

Only on lawns planted with Kentucky bluegrass and only when the lawns are dry. Kentucky bluegrass is widely planted thoughout northern North America as a lawn grass and appears slightly blue green when dry.

srmainman is incorrect, Kentucky bluegrass is not native to Kentucky. It originally came from Europe and was planted extensively in horse pastures by the early colonists in Kentucky and other areas.

Why...you don't beleive that Kentucky Blue grass is blue? You think that its green and they just CALL it Blue grass? Of course its green with a blueish tinge.

grass will take somewhat longer that 4 days to sprout. the stuff that I even have used interior the previous took a pair of week or 2 to get going. wait and spot and water it properly. i don't be attentive to what the tard section ability even with the undeniable fact that.
