Is it on the www.Inno3d.com or is it in the www.Nvidia.com? Because in the box of the video card. both the logo for Inno3d and Nvidia is shown or can be found.

manufacturer first. Nvidia just develops the technology, provides reference boards, etc..... each manufacturer may modify it to a certain degree, so your best bet is with inno3d first. their drivers may just be the nvidia drivers, but always manufacturer first.

Get the Omega driver 66.xx series

as(for good performance) newer drivers tend to be decrease the speed on old graphics cards especially for a Geforce4 MX
were old drivers emulated pixel/vertex shaders with the CPU significantly increasing speed.
Only get the newer ones if you use Vista.
Nvidia has the latest drivers Inno3d usually distributes the same drivers their only different when the manufacturer has some extra bonus novelties in the drivers(auto OC etc.).

the fx 5500 video card latest driver can be found on nvidia's site. www.nvidia.com

www.nvidia.com and just click on support or drivers then install .. make sure u choose the correct operating system
